The West Park Church building is the activity site for various programs for
Children and Parents. Some of these programs are fee based while others are free
or accept voluntary contributions. The following are some of the ones active
during the current season:
- Moms and
Toddler Playgroups
-
Parents and their pre-school age children play, sing songs, create
art and read togetherin a nursery school environment. Children and p-arents
make new friends and have fun. The baby playgroup is a time for getting
together with other new moms to discuss parenting and, for the babies,
to connect with each other.

Classes for Children

A musical experience for you and your child led by the Director of
the Family Music Center. Classes are age and developmentally appropriate
and energize your child's musical and emotional development through
singing, rhyming, instrument and sound exploration, creative dancing and
listening.

Blues Brushes

Paint to the music, move the colors. Experience an integrated arts program exploring the relationship between
visual arts, music and movement, using a variety of media and instruments. Each class is project based and culminates in a
performance/exhibition for family and friends.

Parenting

Now in its 10th season, this comprehensive 8 week program teaches
parenting and effective communications skills that work every
time.

League

Be a part of the West Park Chapter of this renowned community-based
support program for the nursing mother. Information and education
provided by experienced leaders, with a time for sharing by the group
members.
